I was bored.
The old mans eyes burned crimson red, reflecting the burning flames in the old stone hearth. The fireball sun had already begun to set in the dark grey sky disappearing behind the grassy hills and the towering snow topped mountains. Far off in the distance the silent black shadows of the night were closing in. The luminous ashen moon and its glimmering diamond stars waited behind the vast curtains of dusk. Every thing was silent and night was just a breath away.
